I do pilates 6 days per week for about an hour. I do yoga on Sundays to "wind down" I also keep track of my calorie intake & make sure I get proper nutrients. I didn’t see any results for about 3 months, but now I have EXCELLENT results, 6 pack abs & all :). I also bicycle for 1-2 hours 6 days. Good Luck!
